Hey everyone, we'll be in Chicago showing at the beautiful Music Box Theater this Tuesday, April 17th.
As you know, Adobe has been big supporter of the film. They are helping us tour across North America, and we're extremely grateful for their support.
The 2012 Adobe Design Achievement Awards are coming up, and we thought, if you're a student or teacher in a creative field like game making, web, motion/video or graphic design, that you'd might like to participate.
There are lots of categories and prizes; including, money, Adobe software and trips to Los Angeles to Adobe MAX, October 20-24, 2012.
Check it out - the deadline is coming up fast - April 27th!
FEZ IS RELEASED!!
If you've seen the movie, you know how fantastic, and well-deserved this moment is for Phil & Renaud. We couldn't be happier for those guys.
The story of the making aside, the game itself has been getting AMAZING reviews (here, here and here). If you have an Xbox, go and get it now. It is 800 MS Points exceptionally well-spent.
Also, the soundtrack is quite wonderful too. Check it out here.
IGTM is finally hitting New York!
We are very happy to announce that we will be showing in New York City on May 17th for two shows (7:30 & 9:45). These showings are presented by and made possible by Adobe.
The filmakers, Lisanne & James (us, the people writing this post :) will be in attendance for a post-show Q&A. It should be a great evening. Tickets will likely go fast. So get them now. They are available here and/or in the widget below.
New Screening News!
In addition to the one-off tour dates, Indie Game: The Movie will be screening in select cities for week-long runs, with multiple showtimes, previews & everything...just like a real movie!!!
In all likelihood, within these citites, this will be your last chance to catch it in a theater before it going digital/DVD. It's kind of a special thing to see any movie in a theater as opposed to a TV or Computer screen, and that definitely holds true for this film as well. It's a very personal & rather intimate film, made even moreso when viewed in a theater - so if you can swing it, we'd definitely recommend it.
So, starting late April, you can catch Indie Game: The Movie in the following cities...
