Many More IGTM Screenings Added!

Hey Everyone, 

In addition to the major center openings happening on May 18th.  We have teamed up with various organizations, theaters and just plain ol’ fantastic people to do a series' screening or one-off screenings in other cities, towns and countries.  The list is growing by the day.  And if anyone is interested, they can submit ‘Request A Screening Form’ on our site and we’ll try to make it happen.

ELECPLAY REVIEWS IGTM!

This completely made our day.  

Victor Lucas and Scott Jones from Electric Playground took a look at 'Indie Game...'.   We watched the video above with a combination of goosebumps, tears and smiles.  It's kinda everything you could hope a reviewer would get out of the film!  Lots of high fives going on over here!  ... well, actually it's just Lisanne and myself.  But multiple high fives were executed!

Oh, in case you don't want to sit through the video (though you should), they really dug the film, giving it two 9/10's!

LAST CHANCE TO SEE IGTM IN SEATTLE!

This weekend is very likely your last chance to see Indie Game: The Movie in Seattle.

The film is having a fantastic run in the city.  It has been held over (extended) not once, but twice by the SIFF Cinema.  In many ways, being held over is akin to exceed expectations, so we're thrilled to do it twice over.

If you're in Seattle, it'd be great to have you at a screening this weeked.  OR have a friend in Seattle, feel free to shoot them a note that IGTM is playing at the SIFF Cinema at these times...

IGTM Showing Across Canada This Thursday

Hi Everyone,

We wanted to send a quick note to remind you that Indie Game; the Movie is doing a ONE NIGHT only screening tomorrow, thursday May 3rd in 37 select theaters across Canada. This event is presented and made possible by the HotDocs festival.  

Post Show Q & A:  Not only are we doing the show, but right after the movie ends, a live Q&A featuring the filmmakers, James Swirksy & Lisanne Pajot and FEZ creator Phil Fish will be beamed in via some very impressive satellite technology to each and every theater showing the film.  So come for the movie and stay for some post-show Q&A fun!

Indie Game: The Movie Official Soundtrack!

Indie Game: the Movie has an official soundtrack! 

We are so happy to announce that Jim Guthrie’s amazing work will be available soon for your listening pleasure.  And not only is it coming in digital form on May 15th, but today, Jim is taking pre-orders for an absolutely beautiful double Vinyl LP edition of the music.

The 24 track album features album art by Cory Schmitz and is available on DOUBLE VINYL.  Also available are these killer shirts by Cory Schmitz.  All items come with a digital copy of the album. Shipping starts May 15 when the album is released in full to those who pre ordered Bandcamp and iTunes. 

The music in the film is absolutely amazing.  It adds a depth and soul to the movie that we could’ve only dreamed about when we started this project.  We thank our stars every day that Jim decided to score the film.  It’s a crucial part of what makes Indie Game: The Movie what it is.  We're thrilled you'll be able to enjoy it in its full glory.
